(P.S. The best browsers for EveryStem are Chrome, Safari or Firefox- other browsers that have hidden security settings or blockers may not be compatible with EveryStem depending on the settings.)

2. Expand your Library

Your library comes pre-loaded with 700+ flower entries, but you may want to create additional flowers and add in your hard goods (sundries and rental/hire items) to make building recipes even easier during your busiest times.

It’s easy and quick, especially with this tip: Start off by entering your most frequently used hard good items.

After you create your item, click ‘Save to Library’ and it will be automatically saved for future use!

Continue the categories started for you to keep your library organized. It makes searching for items as you build recipes easy!

Here’s an example:

Berries, Blackberries on the stem
Berries, Hypericum, Green
Greens, Euc, Seeded
Greens, Euc, Silver Dollar
HG, Compote, Gold Lita
HG, Urn, Large White 20 Inch

(Note: In my library the letters HG stand for Hard Good and when I search the letters HG, EveryStem displays all hard good items and it's easy to select all the hard goods I need for an event with just a few clicks! You can also choose to add some other initials like “ZZ” if you want all your hard goods to appear at the end of your Summary Page. Customize it to your liking.

You can also create items as you build recipes in an EveryStem event.

Click ‘add item’ button to search for an item in your library. If the item you are looking for isn’t there, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the ‘create item’ button in your event to create new items, add them to your event, and save them to the library all at the same time.
