Dealing with price fluctuations? This is for you!
When you enter flowers and items into your library to estimate wholesale prices, enter them on the high-end of the price range your vendor charges. If a rose fluctuates between $2.00 and $3.00 you can enter it into the library at $3.20 wholesale price. This will allow you to have wiggle room when prices fluctuate and allow you to build full healthy recipes.
We strongly recommend that you export your flower lists, share them with your vendors, and confirm wholesale prices with them before placing your flower orders so that you can adjust your flower recipes if prices have changed since you last worked on the recipes for that event.

You can also update wholesale prices in your library, copy the updates to your events using the Library Item Updates feature, and swap out items in your events to ensure you stay within your budget.
