Creating items by the Stem
When a standard number of stems come in a bunch, create the flower and select Stem from the Stem
or Bunch dropdown box.
For example:
Roses -25 stems in a standard bunch
Stock -10 stems in a standard bunch
Hybrid Delphinium -5 stems in a standard bunch
Enter the price per stem (the wholesale price of 1 stem) and enter the number of stems in a pack.
When building recipes, enter quantities as the number of stems.
You can enter 0.5 for half a stem of spray roses. Or you can enter 1 for a full stem of spray roses.
Creating items by the Bunch
If you don’t know how many stems come in a bunch, ask your wholesaler or grower.
ONLY if the item is sold by grower's bunch or by weight, create the flower and select Bunch from the Stem or Bunch dropdown box.
For Example:
Baby's Breath - grower's bunch
Eucalyptus, Silver Dollar - bunch sold by weight
Enter the price for the entire bunch in the price box.
When building recipes, enter quantities using decimals to indicate fractions (portions) of a bunch.
For example:
0.01 = 1/100 of a bunch - (divide this bunch into 100 piles and use 1 pile)
0.20 = 1/5 of a bunch - (divide this bunch into 5 piles and use 1 pile)
0.33 = 1/3 of a bunch - (divide this bunch into 3 piles and use 1 pile)
0.50 = 1/2 of a bunch - (divide this bunch into 2 piles and use 1 pile)
0.75 = 3/4 of a bunch- (divide this bunch into 4 piles and use 3 piles)

Creating hard good (sundries) items:
When creating a hard good item, enter the item name starting with the letters HG or another denotation to identify all of your hard goods and mechanics items easily.
For example:
HG, Bouquet Supplies
HG, Compote Bowl, Lg
HG, Compote Bowl, Sm
This allows you to search for your hard good items easily by entering the HG in the search box in your library and in the add item modal.
Confirm that Stem is selected from the Stem or Bunch dropdown box. Enter the price per item (the wholesale price of 1 unit). Then enter 1 for the number of stems in a pack.
Entering a 1 in the 'number of stems per pack' box ensures that you will not have extras of this item calculated in your EveryStem events.
When building recipes, enter quantities as the number of items.
For example:
If I want to add 5 votives per table in addition to my floral centerpiece. I would enter a 5 in the recipe column for this item.
