EveryStem offers you 4 distinctly useful Export options.
To export an event open the event and click on the Export button.
The 4 export options appear in a dropdown menu for you to choose from.
Detail: Summary and all recipe pages, including full financials in table format
Detail (recipes only): Summary and all pages, without financials
Recipes: Recipes Only, in a horizontal format
Vendor: Flower order list, organized by vendor
You can export to PDF to easily email your recipes to team members and flower order lists to vendors. Alternatively, you can export to Excel.
Here’s how your team can use these exports:
Detail: for internal use by business owners and managers.
Detail (recipes only): For team use during flower processing, checking in flowers, design days, and on-site set up.
Recipes: For pulling and prepping designs, on-site installation, and ensuring all designs are made and loaded out. Recipe notes appear only on this export.
Vendor: For business owners and managers to place and email orders to wholesalers/vendors. Teams can use it to process flowers, and check quantities and wholesale prices.
