Items not appearing on Vendor Export

A vendor name can be assigned to each item in EveryStem, but is not required. If you have an item that does not have a vendor name assigned, it will be labeled as "no-vendor" by default. 

When you export your event using the Vendor Export option a vendor name dropbox appears. All of the vendors attached to the items in the event are automatically selected for export, but if a vendor is unselected it will not export that vendor list.

If item(s) are missing from your vendor export check that all vendor names have been exported from your event by clicking the export button and examining the list of vendors. There is a page for each vendor in the vendor export. It is likely that the missing item is attached to a vendor that didn't export because it was not selected. 

Click on the vendor with the missing items in your vendor export and re-export.

Compare your summary page to your vendor exports to confirm all items are listed. Email if you need additional support.
