The Consolidated Export feature consolidates multiple events into one large flower order along with a breakout by-vendor. This saves you time and money by reducing extra stems and bunches.
(Plus, you can use this to consolidate your order for supplies for multiple weddings over a month or an entire season. One EveryStem member saved over $300 on her wedding season glass and candle order because she combined all her needs into one large order using this feature.)
The consolidated export feature works for any combination of flower orders that need to be placed at the same time. This can be multiple events, retail weekly orders, holiday orders, etc.
Let's say you’ve got two weddings on the same weekend and both weddings have common flowers, the Consolidated Export feature will combine the quantities of that flower and round up to the required pack quantity you need to buy. This can result in fewer extras than exporting each event separately.
For example, both weddings need orange circus roses priced at $2/stem (25 stems in a bunch).
Wedding A needs 263 stems, rounded up to 275, with 12 extra stems.
Wedding B needs 280 stems, rounded up to 300, with 20 extra stems.
If ordered separately, you’d order 575 total stems and have 32 extra stems (over a full pack) leftover!
Using the Consolidated Export feature to combine these two events reduces the order to 550 total stems with 7 extras. Avoiding over-ordering by one full pack and you save $50.
