NaN Value- How to find and address

"NaN" stands for "Not a Number." You may come across this symbol when entering numerical values in EveryStem. This value is generated when a numerical box does not contain a number.

For example: If you delete a number in any of the numerical boxes and then forget to replace it, the NaN value will apppear.

To easily find where you are missing a number and the NaN value is located, scroll down to the totals and find the column that shows the NaN value. This is how you'll identify your missing number is in that recipe column. Then simply scroll up until you locate the box with the missing number, and enter the number you need to complete that recipe. Then, click outside of that box and your EveryStem calculations will be automatically corrected for you.
