The Library Item Update button on your dashboard is an easy way to copy updated information (wholesale price, vendor name, etc.) from items in your library to your selected events.
For example: You get a new price list from your wholesaler. You update the pricing for several flowers in your library that are included in a few of your upcoming events, and with just a couple clicks you copy the new wholesale prices directly into your events – no manual updates!
How it works: Update item info in your library, select one or more events on your dashboard using the checkboxes, click the Library Item Updates button, and let EveryStem work its magic! A confirmation appears when your request has been completed, so you’ll know that your events are updated.
A few details:
• The feature only updates items with identical names.
• If an item in your event has an identical name to an item in your library, the feature will copy any changes from the library item to the item in your selected event(s)
• Item information includes the price, vendor, stem/bunch, markup, stems per pack, and image links. In other words, all the information you see in the Create Item or Edit Item modals.
• You will see a warning message if there is a stem/bunch change. If you see this warning, note the item name(s) and event name(s) and make sure to edit your recipes to account for the change from stem to bunch (or vice-versa).
